Emanuele Bolla is the Councilor for Tourism and UNESCO Creative Cities of the Municipality of Alba. Former deputy mayor and councilor for youth and employment policies, he has held the role of counselor since 2019 and in the previous five years he served as city councilor. Entrepreneur and graduate in business administration from the University of Turin, in administrative activity he has developed projects on the subject of biodiversity, sustainability and children's education.

Traduziu mais de trinta obras de autores como Gabriela Mistral, Antonio Skármeta, Julio Cortázar, David McKee, Jerry Spinelli, Sid Fleischman e outros. Foi laureado com diversos prêmios no campo da literatura infantil e juvenil, entre os quais: João de Barro, Jabuti, Nestlé, Adolfo Aizen e FNLIJ.
