Giuseppe Biagini
Born in Lucca (Italy), in 1957. Graduated from the University of Pisa (Italy) in Computer Science. From 1982 to 1986 he worked as an educator in Mathematical Modeling and Simulation Courses. From 1985 to 1993, he served as a Visiting Scientist at the IBM Research Lab, USA. Since the early 1990s, he has created several IT companies (Italy, USA, Romania) and the ITKI Foundation, Tucson (AZ -USA), and has been a key player in organizing meetings and in the UNESCO Creative City Declaration - “Declaration of San Cristobal de Las Casas”, 2018. He developed the Creative Knowledge platform used in various projects related to the UNESCO Creative Cities Network (eg breadsofcreativecities.org; frgsw.org; artisanalcheese.org; "Hands at work") to leverage Traditional Knowledge towards to Sustainable Goals UN2030.
